Here is the preview of my first set of icons ever.. I decided after a while todo an icon set about diving, as it is one of my big interest. I first made up a long list of objects todo and narrow it down to 10-15 objects..
I've been working on this the last couple of weeks and I've really learn't a lot from it, so hopefully my future icons will just improve and improve :)

I've been trying to making some icons just for fun and this particulary went from being a compass and a diving computer to a futuristic alarm clock called Snooze.. We all love to snooze in the mornings, don't we?
The reason I haven't been updating this site or the portfolio is because I was promoted as Administrator at Creativebits for a while ago and now I'm in charge of the development of a new design for the site which has more or less taken time from other projects I've got lying around..
Here is a sketch I've been working on tonight, just for the plain fun of it..
It started out that I was going to sketch a black site but I found myself playing around with this after a while, it's all made with custom shapes in Adobe Photoshop..
I've worked from Friday to Saturday evening to complete this sketch of mine.. I thought I would extend my portfolio with some sketches the next couple of weeks in order to get a broader range to it.
Here is one I call "Plasma Store" and is a sketch of an online Plasma TV Store where you can shop those popular flat tv's to hang them on your livingroom wall. I focused on it being light, clean and to look a bit like a online store would look like during the upcoming christmas holiday..
Perhaps a online store near you gonna turn up looking like this?
There is a thing in Mac OS X that really annoys me.. If you have different resolutions and then there is a display icon that appears in the upper menu and it shows an old Cinema Display (the plastic version) and I think that screen is really ugly, and why hasn''t Apple changed it I thought? There are new screens and computers since 10.4 Tiger, but I guess the guys over at Cupertino is just lazy =)
Here is a sketch I've done is for a fictious photo studio company called Crystal image. The website is meant to be colorful and quite clean..
I've raisen a lot of good critics on this one, colorful and lovely most says, and I must agree with them, I managed quite good here with colors..
It's simple yet, so clean and beuitful, perhaps what a good design is all about..
Saying farewell is probably the toughest part, no matter if it's about relationship of any kind, things that you own and sometimes it's about saying farewell to an old design of yours, neither is any fun but it's a step in evolution, sometimes you just have to get rid of old designs no matter how much you like them or how big they grow or how fast they are forgotten about.
As a professional webdesigner you collect and deals with not just 10 photos a day.. It can go beyond that, it can reach around 100-500 images per day if not more, my point of view is that your'e just stupid or like to use time differently then the rest of us if you don't use a image browser program in any form..
On Mac there is Apple's own iPhoto with it's recent version 5 it's probably the best tool outthere! Sure it's got compeititors like ACDSee on the PC and several others but noone has more functions, more capabilities then iPhoto 5.
